Then, we will schedule a date and time for your session.

BOOKING
You will secure your session date with a non-refundable retainer fee.
Next, complete and sign your contract agreement.
Then, you will receive confirmation of your booking and detailed session information.

PLANNING
You will receive access to my styling guide with tips on outfits, locations, and props.
Next, we will plan any additional services, such as prints, posters, wall art, canvases, cards, and hair & makeup.
Then, we will finalize the session details and prepare for the day.

SESSION DAY!
You will arrive at the location a few minutes early.
Next, you will enjoy a guided and enjoyable photoshoot experience!
Then, you will move on to the Post Session Process!!

POST-SESSION PROCESS

GALLERY DELIVERY
Within 2-3 weeks after the session, you will receive your proof gallery of edited images.
You will review the gallery and select your favorite images for artwork.
Then, you will decide on the types of artwork you want (e.g., prints, canvases, albums).

IMAGE SELECTION
You will schedule a follow-up consultation, either in person or virtually.
We will discuss your selections and vision for the final products.
Then, we will review your options for materials, sizes, and finishes to ensure your artwork meets your expectations.
07.
OREDER PLACEMENT
Finally, you will finalize your selections and place your order.
Next, we will confirm all details, including sizes, finishes, and any customization options
+ make the necessary payments for the artwork.
08.
DELIVERY
Your selected images will be sent to a professional lab for printing and production.
You will receive updates on the status of your order, including estimated delivery times.
Once completed, your artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped to you, or I will personally deliver to you.

FAQ
Are there traveling fees?
A travel fee is applied when the location is more than a 50 mile round trip drive from my location (North Houston). As soon as we decide on the location, I will let you know if a travel fee needs to be applied.
Do you offer RAW images?
We DO NOT provide raw files or unedited images as part of our standard services. Our commitment is to deliver a finished product that reflects the highest quality and our artistic vision. Each image is carefully edited and retouched to ensure it meets our professional standards and provides the best possible final result.
How do I book a session?
To book a session, simply visit our website and fill out the contact form, or contact us directly via email or phone. A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your date and time.
When will I receive my photos?
You can expect to receive your edited images within 2-3 weeks after your session. Expedited delivery options are available for an additional fee.
Do you offer prints and photo albums?
Yes, we offer a wide range of printed products including prints, canvases, and custom photo albums. You can order these during the in-person revealing session or via Zoom.
Can I reschedule or cancel my session?
We understand that things happen. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. The retainer fee is non-refundable, but it can be applied to a future session if rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe.
What if the weather is bad on the day of my outdoor session?
If the weather is not ideal, we will reschedule your session to the next available date. We will stay in touch leading up to your session to monitor weather conditions.
Do you provide hair and makeup services?
Yes, we work with professional hair and makeup artists to ensure you look your best for your session. These services can be added to your package for an additional fee.
How many people can be included in a session?
The number of people included depends on the type of session. For example, mini sessions generally accommodate up to 6 individuals. For larger groups or extended families, additional slots or a custom package may be required.
What is your editing process?
We meticulously edit and retouch each image to ensure the highest quality. This includes color correction, skin retouching, and any necessary adjustments to enhance the overall look of the photos.
